Does anyone have ouctures on how to remove the panel on the back of the drivers seat. In the pix below its the shaded area. The dealer was nice enough to replace the seat bottom but in doing so they put a tear in the seat back. They are going to replace the panel but I'd like to know beofre hand what it takes to get the panel off.

on the bottom there are 2 clips, pull the bottom of the seat towards you, then pull it straight up to release the 2 hooks
