Removing front grill

I am looking to remove my front grill. Has anyone performed this? If so may I get pics of the results? Also, what are your all's thoughts with this look? Thanks

Explain in further detail please.
What do you mean by "remove"?
Taking the pieces off? Removing the entire front-mid-grille?

If it's deleting the entire thing... It's a pretty easy mod.
You can just get an eBay grille [which requires chopping off the grille] and put that on instead of filling in the holes.. assuming you have the older TLs.
Or you can just chop it off, like some of us folks on here, and fill the holes in with something.....

OR I can stop being a lazy ass and finish my fiberglass grille.
Man... I'm so busy and lazy at the same time that my grille looks like poop... and the mold I made is just sitting here.
Sorry, Elegant, hopefully I'll get around to finally finishing it.

I think I am referring to removing the entire mid grill. I found a mesh grill online specifically made to fit in the mid section. Check it out http://www.ioffer.com/i/89896661. Sorry if I am lacking information, I am a "noob" to the modification world. Do you know whether or not I will have to remove the front bumper? If so do you know of any threads that show how? Also, once again do you know where I can find pics to what I am attempting to do? Much appreciated.

For the center piece, you must remove the bumper to get access to take the center grill off.

the problem with removing the center part of the grill is that you will have these 2 holes on each side of what remains.. you can't just remove it, and put a mesh grill behind it because it will look kinda weird.. someone here did it.. to make it look right you would have to sand down what remins and then fill in the hole.. but here is someone who just removed the center grill and put mesh.. still looks unfinished to me:

I have decided to go about the grill the easy way. I found some chrome mesh placement pieces to fill in the gaps of the mid grill. However, I am not sure what color I should have the mesh grill painted. Black or chrome?

look closely at that tiny pic you can see how it doesn't fit right at all. Probably why they made the pic so small but you can still tell it looks like shit.

I personally don't like that mesh anywhere on a car, I never have.
To take off the center you don't have to take off the bumper...you can pry the top back and reach in with a stubby screwdriver or a flexible extension on a drill.

I painted the silver's black and think it looks pretty good. To each their own, of course.
