Remote start
Anyone have remote start installed in their 2004 TL? How'd it go?
I've grown to love it over the years, but it is a royal pain in the ass in some cars with the immobilizers and chips in the key.
Disclaimer, I know it's not good to let the car idle for long periods of time, etc. etc. etc....

I was going to install an Astro, but my installer recommended that I wait for a DI interface box that works with the Acura control system. It saves a lot of time in the installation as he does not have to do wires for the doors, etc. Downside is that he has to hide the Valet key inside the dash so the Acura system senses the key. According to him this is the best way especially if you want to move the starter to another car later. The other down side is that the starter fobs cannot tell the car which fob is starting the car like the Acura fobs can.
