Remember When Acura Discontinued Their RSX's?
Remember when Acura decided to discontinuing all their 2 door cars like RSX etc... to give the brand a more luxury and non racer reputation?
Well... seeing how Infinite, Lexus and all other luxury brand still making their performance cars like G35s, G37s, IS-F, etc.. I wonder if Acura is going to try for performance cars again.

I think they discontinued the RSX because it was a downgrade from the Integra. That combined with the fact that you could get a Civic Si with more options for less money, and the writing was on the wall: The RSX would fail if they kept it around. Somehow I think if Acura tries to make a sport compact again, they'll screw it up, load it with luxo-crap that sport compact guys view as added weight, price it well north of what sport compact buyers can afford, and then sit around wondering why it was a flop.

what they shouldve made was something like a tsx coupe. the rsx was missing tons of features that all acuras at the time should have had standard. HID projectors, heated seats, auto climate, nav option, etc. I wouldnt even classify an rsx as an acura.
