E-trailer usually has pictures of trailer hitch installations on most cars.

Have you considered a roof rack? Or do you want to avoid it for the same reasons you want to avoid using your trunk

It goes below the rear grill. I have a bike rack that carries 4 bikes but have no intention of putting that much weight on this trunk pan mounted hitch. 2 at most. I mounted the hitch for the occasionally jet ski tow. They have very little tongue weight.

You don't need to cut anything. If you get the Curt, you need to drill two holes in the bumper, not the bumper cover. The plastic cover thing that goes under the car around the rear tow point is a bit in the way, but can be just removed or made to work.

Please post pics when you install your hitch. I tow jetskis, motorcycle trailer and utility regularly for the past 10 years with a 94 Accord. It just got in a wreck, and now I tow with my 03 accord. I want to see how the tow will be with a TL.
