this is what I got :

Concerned about safety? So is Acura. That's why My Acura provides up-to-date recall information about your vehicle. Because My Acura recall listings are based on your Acura's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), they are specific to your vehicle.
Your Acura is included in the 04-05 TL WIPER MOTOR Campaign.

Your Acura is included in the 04-08 TL POWER STEERING HOSE Campaign.

so i need to do those 2 recalls?

Yes, get those two done (wiper motor and power steering hose). The power steering hose leaks and can cause fires. Just show the recalls to your dealership and they will take care of them. And welcome to AZ, this is a great site.....

you dont have to show the dealer anything- they run the VIN thru the computer and it says needs these taken care of- dealers are supposed to run vin every time they see a car but...

If your vin is affected call for an appointment- they have done a million of the ps hose and washer part fixes- only takes a few hours but helps the tech if the engine is cold
Leave the night before if possible

Call and tell them you need those 2 recalls done- show up at the time they say and sign the paperwork- leave your keys
Ask in advance if they have loaners (age min apply) or can drop you off at a nearby location. Dont wait for it to be worked on- has to cool a while

register with acura at 1-800-382-2238x5 and at http://owners.acura.com/registration...erstepone.aspx
need the cars VIN for both of those

recalls are for SAFETY items and at no cost to the customer

Good point on the dealer able to look it up by VIN.
