Rear Spoiler or DuckTail

Rear Spoiler or DuckTail
Hi, was just wondering if people prefer having a spoiler on their 3G TLs? Or Ducktails? Also if you have suggestions on the best place to get them from?

Seriously though have you seen a TL with a spoiler that looked good?

Yes. Acura's Thunderhill Acura TL. But I think it only looks good given the context (and the rest of the aesthetics) of the car.

Honestly the rear end of my car is the only thing I’ve never considered altering, it’s so perfect as it is! Blocky and muscular and imo the base exhaust is beautiful. So neither for me but I would mess with the taillights a little on my 06

I like these xlr8 4.5in tips way better than stock and ATLP makes an oval shaped one like stock that I think looks way better. Custom tails are a great idea I'm working on building a set of cdm replicas now

So the difference is basically that horizontal line and the black molding below? I think it’s cool. But I really like the blocky look of the stock rear + oval exhaust. Your mods definitely work together though, they give it a bit more of a sporty, curvy feel

Yesh there kinda what it is it wraps around the sides too to make it more aggressive. A spec is a full kit front sides and rear that Acura offers it's mostly discontinued now

You wouldn't even do an a spec rear lip? That's arguably one of the best looking things you can do

only the type s comes with quad tips and everyone in here owns a base so none of us had quad tips or are able to fit them without mods. I would like quad tips but I would have to buy a type s rear a spec lip which since now discontinued are around $800 and at that point it's not worth it to most people. But you are right I would not change the quad tips if I had them already unless it was for one of the nicer looking aftermarket systems available
