rear shade

Anyone bought/installed rear autoshades?

Do not know if they can cut it fit the TL. They have one for the Accord and one for the Civic.

thanks for the info...

I'd like to get the power shade, so I can lower if I need to with a push of a button, like BMW, and Infinity version... they said the hight is adjustable, I need to check the width against the TL's rear windsheld.

Thanks for the link, NOX. That thing looks cheap, though. I wonder how seamlessly it installs and operates. Three 9V batteries, eh? Hmm.

Ya, the powershade is a bit questionable. I don't mind the manual pull up as long as it is an exact fit.

Europa Mark V is 118.95 + $45.00 for shipping! = $163.95

MyAutoshades is
Total: $169.95
Taxes: $0.00
Shipping: $13.35 (to Houston, TX)
Grand Total: $183.30

In the pictures they both look the same
(3 x 9v batteries or direct electrical connection)

are they the same ?

is there a "good" quality remote shade out there ?

I just found another site: http://www.sunshadeamerica.com/

Has anyone installed one of these in their cars, either their TLs or other cars? Summer's coming, it's getting hotter here, plus my baby rides in the back a lot. Gotta get one soon.

the remote shade looks like its wired, is there an wireless remote shade? or is there anyway to hardwire it? i would hate to have that stupid remote lying on the rear deck.

i think it comes with a long enough cord where you can run it up to the front (dash or console).

it says it can hardwired, could be to a button in your dashboard for a professional look.
