Rear cupholder stuck

Rear cupholder stuck

On my 2005 TL, the rear cupholder is stuck from someone spilling a soft drink. How can I remove the assembly in order to clean the innards?

Try spraying a mild cleaning solution in there and let it sit for a day. Any household degreaser should work, but don't get it on the leather. Good luck.

With soda or sugary drinks, plain old water is probably the best and safest solvent.
