I know, another rattle thread but I wanted to pass this along to you guys, mainly you guys living around Central New Jersey. I remember a while back someone mentioning that they wished Acura service depts. had some kind of rattle expert since this car is plagued with so many rattles. Earlier this week I went to Bridgewater Acura for A1 service and to get some rattles looked at(rear deck, center seat belt retractor and door panels).

A tech took a ride with me to see if he could hear the noises, when we got back I was talking to him about al of the noises and he said that especially in the rear deck it is a well known issue with the TL. He said they have a 'rattle guy' there and he's going to ask him to look at my car, I met the guy, he said he'll take a look at my issues for me. Basically they insulated the entire rear deck and as of right now I don't hear any more noise coming from back there.

So maybe some of you guys might want to give them a shot, I know some of you have brought the car back multiple times for the same rattle issues and they're still not fixed. Hope this helps some of you guys out.

Goldglv.... thanks for the update. Now all owners who are suffering from the rattle syndrome in their cars can point to this information as a bargaining chip in getting the repairs they deem necessary done correctly. If one dealer has made the admission there are issues with the vehicle, the rest of the dealers should come clean on these issues too.

Good to know Gold. Especially seeing as Bridgewater Acura is probably where I'd get a TL, once I finally decide what I'm doing next Spring.
