Rattle from the right side of the console

Few days ago I have had this major rattles coming from the passenger side of the center console. After a while I was able to fix the rattle by hitting on the panel on the right side of the console...the rattles seems to temporary went away but it feel like there is NO or NOT ENOUGH insulation in there..it sounded hollow compare to panel on the right side. Try it and let me know if someone else experience the same problem. Also looking for where the popping sound coming from.(i am thinking it is the headliner or the sunroof) constantly popping rattles

Are you sure it is not coming from the glove box? Leave it open for a while to see if the rattle noise go away. If it does, it is from the glove box.

No I am sure it is not the glove box...i have that rattle too but mild and intermittently. But the rattle from the right side of the center console (black plastic trim around the foot/leg area is so loud. My car idle a little ont the rough side (small vibation) in the morning so i can really hear the rattle. When it hit the right side of the panel, it has this hollow sound and sounded like something loose in there. Man I swear my mom 04 accord is much more solid...idle 10 times smoother in the cold..

I'm not sure if it's a rattle, but I have some sort of "click" sounds that comes from the passenger seat. I was wondering if it's the seat heater coils, or the airbag weight sensor.

Whenever I pound the seat, out of frustration, the ticking sound stops for a few minutes.

Same problem hear. At first I thought it was coming from the overhead console, but it's something in the passenger seat or the center console. I only notice when driving at high speeds, like on a highway. It's probably the stupid POS flat-spotting Turanzas aggravating it.

If you've recently experienced dropped in temps in your area, the panels will contract, causing more rattling.... I had the same thing happen to me, and I finally got agravated with it yesterday. I opened the passenger door, pushed the passenger side of the center console panel inwards as hard as I could. Rattling disappeared! Give that a try

yeah

that is what i did...but instead of pushing it..i hit it real hard out of aggrevation...but something else is still loose in there...i also believe that the center speaker wire is in the because when i hit the panel i can hear the distortion in the center speaker...off topic but this morning i accelerate hard and shift gear, it feels like the engine mount or transmision mount is weak, the car flexes (something move) hard after it shift gear. Someone try to shift from first to second at high RPM to see, Not smooth, you can really feel the engine or tranny flexes the chassy of the car
