No.

I couldn't see the front of the car because of all the cops/fire trucks. But, it's on a side street. Not a busy one. And, I didn't see any other damaged car. So, I doubt it was collision related.

They have the trunk open and looking into it. Maybe the owner installed his first stereo system and this was the maiden voyage........

There is more fire damage in the rear seating area than the front of the car.

Looks like it started in the rear. That's scary because some of my stereo wiring is not the best. But I also have fuses protecting each wire in the system (6 total) so hopefully I'll never have to worry about it.
