If i am not mistaken, i read that the '04TL comes with 3 months of free XM radio. Is that true? Also, if you get a non-nav TL, you can still have the XM radio right?

Your dealer should have activated it for you upon delivery.

Information on activation is on page 128 of the owner's manual. You will need your radio ID number, but not a credit card, as it says in the manual, for the free activation.

 

Yes, all around. TL comes with 3 months of XM free. Both Nav and non-Nav get XM, and better yet both flash the particular XM CHANNEL (# and Format Name), Band, and Song Titles.
