Quick Question about the stock carbon inserts

I just realized that the rear of the center console, where the ac vents are, does not have the stock carbon fiber inserts. I always thought that the rear came with it to match the front carbon fiber accent. Does any else who has the carbon fiber accents have theirs with a carbon insert in the back center console??

those are extra. they sell a rear cf stick-on for the back, and two additional ones for the front. one for around the seat warmer buttons, and one that goes around the cup holder area.

personally, i think they should all come stock

i will look in to this. i think it would make the front, and rear, look a lot cleaner. and $40 isnt bad at all.

What are these stock carbon fiber inserts you are referring to? Do you have pics for these?

No I got it at Miami Acura.

Wow I thought the front and back would both be included. It kinda kills the look if you don't have the back one. The front one is still nice, but still, for another 80 bucks ehh, don't know if it is worth it. Im gonna try to complain to the dealer to see if they toss it in for me.

i dont think it kills the look to not have the back one, i never sit back there so i dont really notice it not being there...i suppose it wouldnt hurt to have it, but i was being cheap...they wanted 40 bucks for the two pieces up front, but almost 100 bucks just for the back piece...so i purchased the color matched splash guards instead....
