I could have sworn that there was a service bulletin regarding the windows rattle. I tested mine and the rattle goes away the second you lower the window a little bit.

I found the SB for the rear deck rattle but could not find it for the front window rattle. Anyone know which SB this is or am I going crazy?

My car is at the dealer and before they try to tell me that there is no issue I would like to be able to give them the TSB #.

there is one, I used it too to get it fixed. However I searched through about 7 years of SB's and couldn't find it. It's probably going to be a TSB...
