Quick fog light question

I want to replace my bulbs. Do I need the 9006ST or the 9006XS? As I understand it the ST has a 90 degree plug and the XS has a straight plug. Thanks for the help...

The owner's manual, on paqe 257, specifies an HB4 bulb, which is also called a 9006, for the fog lights. The illustration on page 214 of the owner's manual shows a right angle connector.

This is all the info I could find.

Thank you Ron. I would have looked in the owner's manual, except, I don't pick up my new TL until Tuesday

I replaced my fog bulbs with PIAA Xtreme White 9006 and they work great. Big improvement over the factory bulbs.

I did some more checking. The 6006XS is the straight back, so it looks like you need the 6006ST, which is the right angle connector.

I asked my dealership about fog lights and they said there was no fog light accessory for the TL. I found this strange as the manual discusses the option and specifically says it is for "US cars only." Also, my light control arm has a switch for fog lights. Can anyone tell me where they purchased thier fog lights, are they factory Honda/Acura, and how much do they typically cost?

Thanks,
VTECHokie

Our "fog lights" are mounted with the HID's in the main light cluster. They are located just inside the HIDs and are activated when you twist the fog light portion of the light control arm.

But they only work on low beams, so turn on your lights, make sure they are on low beams, and twist the ring on the stalk. The fog lights will come on, and a little green icon of a light will come on below the zero on the tach.

Thanks for the info! Makes me wonder why the dealership couldn't answer the same question while I sat in thier showroom reading the manual! I'm heading outside to check it out.
