Quick advice please, almost pending sale.

I'm selling my 2005 tl, 6spd with navi, 93000km. I was asking 23500, hoping to catch someone willing to pay the premium. Well no bites, had a couple come out and dig the car, offer at the time 22k, but the wife shot it down because it was manual and she wasn't sure about driving manual again. Well now a month later they are back and are ready to put down a deposit tonight, but now they only want to pay 21, 750.

Now I also have another fellow that was supposed to come check out the car last night, but I had to cancel so we were going to do it tonight. We haven't talked price because he hasn't even driven the car or seen it. Should I have him come out and drive it, with the hopes of catching closer to my asking price, or just take the sale garuntees sale? Also this guy saw the ad at 22,500 when I lowered it from 23,500. So really the most upside to dealing with this guy is like 750 max, would you even bother?

Also Canucks, do you think this is a good amount for me to fetch?

I'd take the money and run. Even if the guy looks at it, he might not make an offer...and he will make an offer, so you won't be getting $22,500 from him. If the difference was $1k or more, sure wait, but you're likely looking at a difference of $500 or less. Not worth the hassle to me.

Ended up getting 22k out of option 1. They are dropping off a deposit check tonight. Sold pending inspection.

sadly the successor is a minivan, and I dont have kids lol. But it's a company car, so gas, maintenance, insurance, and the vehicle is free.

Edit: Shameless plug, I'll be throwing up some odds and ends for sale in the BM shortly.
