Questions: Spare tire size...

If I upgrade my 5AT TL's tires from 17" to 18", should I get the different size of the Spare tire? Or, it doesn't matter because it's only for the short drive. And, the 6MT's spare is just trying to fit in Brembo.

Those spare info below was found out in the showroom.

6MT -> T145/70R17 106M Bridgestone
5AT -> T135/80R16 101M Firestone
5AT with 18" Yokohama -> T135/80R16 101M Friestone
