Questions regarding TL type S

I am still new and learning how to drive the type S more efficiently. It is normal? because whenever i brake and i see the RPM drop to 1k and it jump up to 1half its like the car shift it self whenever you slow down. I upgrade from an accord and its a whole new level for me, i hope this is normal.

Thanks
Vinh

When slowly the TL, under certain conditions will aid in braking by downshifting to lower gear.

Exactly.

The RPM movement is part of the Rev Matching during the downshift.
