how does ebay work? you basically send the money to the seller and they will send the products to you
but how can you be assured that they will send the product when you ALREADY paid for it?

another question is...
i'm 17, i'm not old enough to get a visa or credit card
all i have right now is debit card
by using debit card...is there ANY way that i can buy stuff off online?

This should be in off topic, but debit card works fine. You send payment, they send item. Its basically trust. Most are trustworthy, but there are people looking for suckers. If you use paypal, you can get your money back if you don't receive the item in some cases. Never had an auction go bad for me, but it does happen.

 

A debit card will only work if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.

 

Oh, and this is pretty far off topic...unless you are buying a 3G TL on ebay and paying with Paypal!
