Question on Injen CAI

Question on Injen CAI
I'm thinking about the Injen CAI. Since you have to take off the bumper to install it, do you also have to remove the bumper when you need to clean the air filter? if not how do you access it?
Also, how concerned do you need to be about wet weather. Is there really a concern if it's raining, or only if it is really extremely wet?
I'd like to know from any who have the Injen CAI, preferably on an 2004 TL.
Thx

The filter does not need cleaning very often at all. I'm not sure of exact intervals (as far as mileage), but I think with the amount of driving I do, I will only need to clean every year and a half or so. Anyway, you can actually access the filter just by removing the fender lining without having to remove the whole bumper.
The weather issue can be a big deal depending on where you live. It is not the rain itself that is problematic, but the standing water that results from the rain. A deep puddle in dangerous for the CAI.
