Question on front lip spoiler

If i install the front lip spoiler would i able to put the license plate also since i live in Cali??let me know guys..thanks

And can someone post a pix frontlip spoiler w/ license plate

Ok guys thanks a bunch..ill order my front lip spoiler..local delaer price in the bay area is 260 bucks..
