LOL
Well, to keep things simple, both pictures on both cars are A-Spec Body Kits. The top one, of Blackura's car, is the A-Spec kit for the TL-S (07-08), while the picture below it is the A-Spec Body Kit for the Base TL, for years 04-06. The newer end lip kits for revamped TL-P's, years 07-08, are a tad bit different for the sake of the lower fogs...i think...if not, they're the same for 04-08. Hope that helps

Nope. You need Type S bumpers to directly bolt on the Type S lip kit.

They are a vendor here on this site. Or, you can buy it at any Acura stealership.

I like the TYPE S front aspec a little better than the base one, but I think the base one is more cleaner looking overall.

It will suit your car well because you have the whole kit.. Together with the rims it will have that real aggressive look..

A-Spec Type S with full kit looks great. I picked the base since I am only getting the front lip since I got the mudguards.. PLUS if I wanted the lip I needed to get the bumper also.. or have to adapt it to my base bumper..

Since I never intended to get full kit I went ahead and got the painted mudguards with plans on getting the lip afterward.. have it already but will install during the week..

Post some pics with the new front

Not to thread jack or go way off topic, but instead of starting a new post, I figure I'd add on here. Just got my a-spec kit in the mail. I put the sides on today before work, and when I was done I had these wierd/ugly gaps between the side skirts and the car. You can only see it when the doors are open. It's on both sides, but front and back. It does not go the entire length of the skirt, just at the ends. I'm pretty sure all clips were connected properly, so my question is...Does everyone have this gap or does it vary from kit to kit since it not factory installed?!

No, I have it on all four corners...I know I installed it properly, I'm guessing it's b/c it wasn't factory installed, so therefor it won't match 100%...any one else have any ideas?

Yeah I ordered mines from the stealership since my friends works at the parts department. He got me the kit for wholesale price, it came out to $345 shipped is that a good deal? or did i get ripped off? I asked him how much would it cost to install it he told me $504 I was like f**k that I'll do it my self lol...

My kit was $832.95 shipped...so yea you def got a steal with that price...kind of jealous now actually. Even if you got it installed by the stealership, you would be paying roughly the price I paid for just the kit

I too had a friend at Acura lookup what he could get me, and it wasn't any better then what Tim could. So I just don't see how you could get it for a 1/3 or 1/4 the cost...

If I'm wrong, great deal Bro. I'll buy a type-s kit at that price, and pay you 10% for the hookup if that is really the case.

This installation is so simple... Whether you deside to go with double sided tape or the full comple install includding drilling the holes into the bumpers. I did mine right on a NYC side walk...as for the skirts... should'nt have those gaps....the skirts are held up by clips, and screws on the inner lining.

Thanks jguerra...ill have to take them off and put them back on, making sure I get all the clips in properly...I just finished the front and back and yes it is very easy. take your time, double check before you drill and there should be no problems
