Question about O2 sensor error code

My check engine light just came on. I checked the error code with a scanner and it said:

P2240 O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit Open - Bank 2 Sensor 1

I was wondering if someone could tell me what this meant. Is it likely that I need a new sensor or could something else be wrong. If I need a new sensor, is it something I can change myself, and where can I find instructions for how to change it?

Thanks.

take it to the dealer... it is the top sensor on the front primary cat... the one you can see when you pop the hood (atleast that is what I found when I searched "P2240")
