does anybody know how remove the chrome strip that runs above the liscence plate? i want to remove it and paint it and then put it back on so if anyone knows how to go about removing that strip it would be of great help. thanks

 

You have to remove the entire license plate panel. The trim is bolted on from behind the license plate panel with 3 screws.
