Ah, gotcha - I didn't realize you hadn't picked it up yet! Have fun, hopefully you have better weather for the first drive than we're having in IL right now. It's been snowing since this morning. I just waxed the entire car too Oh well, at least it's ready for winter (this was a touch up to the full detail I did in the fall).

It's this car;

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...ce=&cardist=24

I'm not going to mod anything on it until it's fully paid off. I made that mistake w/ my previous car..

congrats!

I actually also picked up WDP 2008 Type-S today, love the car!

I just dislike one thing, the stock sub freaken makes vibrating noise when volume is up, i guess this is still not fixed as my 2G also had this noise, until I finally disconnected the fart box, and installed premium stereo/speakers/sub

Enjoy the car!

My previous car (actually i still have it but the lease is almost up) is a G35. It is dark blue, and although I think dark cars look much better, they are just too much work to keep clean...

As for a comparison of the two (even though the test drive of the TL-S isn't enough for a full out review), I will say that in the G, I definitely feel more comfortable at high speeds, it handles and drives better, but the TL-S just murders the G interior-wise. This might be different in the 07-08 redesigned G's though. Mine is an '05.

Well now that you have a WDP the NBP clan is going to bash you every time that you put a pic of because they believe their color is superior. Good luck!

P.S. The car looks great.

I had an '03 for a few months and I think the best, interior wise of the G35, were the reclining rear seats. It was very roomy compared to the TL, not too many blind spots too. The rest of the interior design, hands down the TL. The reason why the G35 handles so well is because its RWD.

WDP or NBP?? TL-S

i can't make up my mind.

i love the look of the white - i think if i tinted the tails on the TL-S, the pearl with tinted windows/tails would look BAD.

but when i see the black ones, they look MEAN.

ARRGGH..

which color do you think looks better IF I added the a spec body kit to it.

i will leave wheels stock...even though they aren't hbest OEM wheels, i plan to lease this thing 99% stock. i might tint the windows, add vinyl tints to tails...but that's it. entinge, intake, exhaust - i'm leaving stock. wheels too.

WDP or NBP?

I always had black and white cars, my 2g was an NBP, I did love it, and
the shape made it look really sleek.

I only went with a 08 TLS WDP because of the ass (tail lights and quad) stands out more, and gives it a more contrasty look. Plus at night, the white looks amazing.

On NBP, I think everything blends in too much. NBP is tight also, it gives you a knight-rider look.

I love my WDP.

personally, I like NBP better, but some of the WDP's on here with the Aspec look AMAZING

i am thinking about thinking about tinting my windshield (since the windows are already black) and i might paint the roof some sort of black and leave the rest of the car white (similar to how the new M3's are)
