Problems with driver-side rear passenger door?

Problems with driver-side rear passenger door?
I'm sure some of you have this problem, but didn't find much via the search.
My driver-side rear passenger door outer trimming is popping off. First it was the little quarter window plastic cover making a popping/clicking noise when I pushed on it to close the door. I had the dealer warranty replace it and now the liner pops off and the piece they replaced is loose.
I verified it was not just my car because I've been to 5 Acura dealerships and checked all (yes, ALL) The TL's they had in stock and it came out to 40% having the same issue. The primary being the quarter piece.
What else can we do about this when Acura Client Services and the dealership said they can't do much about it until enough owners call to complain? I figure I'll get the dealership to work it again, but they won't guarantee that it won't happen again (which tells me other may have come to them with the same issue). And if it does happen again, they are only willing to work on it one last time before they, as he put it, "will not spend more time on the issue".
How many complaints does it take?
