Priority of issues to address?
Just got a comprehensive inspection at a local independent shop which turned up the following:
a) brake fluid is dirty and over 4% moisture on the system
b) transmission cooler lines show signs of leak
c) possible oil pan leak
d) valve covers starting have signs of leak
e) power steering fluid at minimum level and showing signs of leak on the power steering hose and pump
Wondering which issues might be most urgent? I've listed the issues above according to what I'm guessing is the order of most to least urgent, but wondering what folks think.
(BTW, just had a new radiator installed with cooling system flush as well as a new drive belt and tensioner assembly.)
TIA

Brake flush is low hanging fruit. Do this first. Brake and clutch fluid needs to be flushed every 2 years or it can start causing major issues.
PS leak is most likely an O-ring which is cheap and cheap to replace. Have them top off the reservoir at the same time.
Almost every J series series on the planet leaks oil, it seems. Its not usually from the pan itself, as there is no gasket. Its usually the front main seal, oil pump, vtec solenoid, or rear main seal...or a combination of all of it. But it may not be leaking. It may just be residual oil from a valve cover leak or someone pouring oil like a buffoon. Or its the PS fluid leak which is dripping onto the pan.
The valve cover leak could be the same issue.. A real leak or just spillage.
Someone needs to thoroughly clean the engine bay and find the leaks before fixing them.
Make sure your engine oil level is checked and is at an acceptable level. Just keep an eye on it until you fix the leaks.

Here how i would do it. if I am in your position.
3rd. brake fluid is dirty and over 4% moisture on the system
1st. transmission cooler lines show signs of leak
5th. possible oil pan leak
2nd. valve covers starting have signs of leak
4th. power steering fluid at minimum level and showing signs of leak on the power steering hose and pump
