I don't know about Keyes

I found them to be quotting some of the highest prices in So. Ca. on the web. Also, is the Invoice price you are talking about include destination? If I am not mistaken, invoice is actually $29,755, plus destination. I would hate to see them try and add destination on to a "finflated" invoice price.

My price basically threw out destination and dealt with true invoice, plus $1,200. I also didn't pay for any of the dealer "over-priced" add ons.

Good luck!

Price sounds pretty good, but maybe a little more room for extras if nothing else. Talk to the sales manager, Dan Carlton (sort of friend of mine) and let him know you spend a lot of time on this forum and want to confirm that he can't do a little more for you. He has been helpful for me in all the years I have known him and bought cars from him, and he is extra responsive to the people in this forum. Many people on A-TL.com have bought cars from Dan.

That's a pretty decent price for SoCal, depending on color combination. I could have bought a 5AT/non-Navi in any color other than SSM or AM for 30,995 (inc dest) from Tustin Acura. Since I wanted AM (5AT/Non-Navi), I bought it from Downey Acura for 31395 (inc dest) + about 60 for the wheel locks. It ended up being about 34200 out the door, including tax, title, licence, tire fee, doc fee, etc. You could maybe to a little better now, but I thought the deal was fair based on other quotes I got (Wier, South Bay, Cerritos, Costa Mesa, etc)

Damn if only they were giving that sort of discounts for models w/ Navi. Maybe ill just have to wait till the end of the year to get an 04 w/ Navi for 33,500.

I'm dealing with David Mills at Keyes- Sales Manager. $30,299 is invoice including destination fee. I actually just got a sweeter deal- $500 over ($30,299 + $500 = $30,799) + tax/license at Pasadena Acura, catch is that they won't trade to get the car I want, I have to wait until it arrives (mid May).

Not sure I can go to Dan if I'm already dealing with David. I would bet that Keyes would take this deal as well, given they have the car in transit.

BTW- worst dealership to deal with is Tustin IMHO. South Coast in Costa Mesa has been good, as has Pasadena. Problem is, Keyes has the car I want (Nighthawk, Camel).

Its up to you as for who you deal with. Find a day that David isn't there and Dan is...Dan is the General Sales Manager there, so he is at the top of the heap, so he may be able to do a little better for you than the other guy. Just talk to him about his honda RC51 or his Corvette Z06 or some junk, that'll make him happy.
