Pricing with a '07 TL Type S

Hi All. I was wondering do anyone think 14,991 for a 07 TL type S is A fair price. Thats what the dealer is asking, but Im hoping to maybe knock him Down a grand or so. It has 109k miles, 2 previous owners. The condition seems good, however I havent seen it yet on person just via internet. I just wanna know can I haggle wit them or nah.

all i'm gonna say is...

105k service. that's probably your best shot with haggling.

Good advice. Ask the dealer what they change for the 105K service and knock that number off the asking price. As a point of reference, that will be in the neighborhood of $1K.

why dont' you look at it and test drive the car first before you even waste your time or the dealer's time haggling over the price?

look up the going prices for the car on KBB, edmunds and/or nada. then look up comparables on autrader or cars.com. asking us what our opinion is on the price of the car is great and all but we aren't the authority on what the "market" rate is.

Looking good in pictures and looking good in person are two completely different things as you already know. So much so that you probably shouldnt even talk price until you see it.
Like the guys said above I would assume the 105K service has not been done, and that right there is your number one haggling tool. That means whoever buys that car pretty much has to do the service right away. Not that the car wont go another 50K without the belt snapping, but im just saying that service is technically overdue right now.

^^^+123456779 many dealer exploits this by posting nice pics but when you can and seethe car in person you will ask yourself, how the f**ck this car get here since I thought it should belong to some junk yard. It happened to many time.

If the 105k has been done the price is right.
