This may be a stupid question, but as a new TL owner, how important is it that I use the "premium," 92 octane ($2.65/gal.) gas? It has about 1,700 miles on it and I have yet to break down and put the expensive stuff in it. So far, no problems, but I wondered as time wore on if not using the premium gas could cause problems.

wow?!?! why would you get a TL then not put prem in it? Seriously put in the stuff recomended...... If u are even ?ing it then get a honda accord man!!!!! Just do a search on this site and youll see why. U r gonna be slammed too by the other guys. The car is a higher compression engine it is tuned to take prem gas. WHY WOULD U DO THIS TO A GREAT CAR???
