Power Steering Fluid Overfill

I own an Acura TL (2004) with navigation. Accidentally overfilled the p/s fluid to the top and didn't have the time to take the fluid out. What happens when you overfill the p/s fluid? Does this damage the engine?

+1 for the turkey baster. I purchased one when I replaced my reservoir and flushed my fluid. It works like a charm.

It won't damage the engine since the power steering fluid is isolated to only the power steering system. Having too little fluid could cause problems but too much would likely just result in some spilling out if the wheels are cranked hard to one side or another, or when the system was heated up and expansion took place. That would only result in a slight mess or some fluid on your driveway or street.
