Possible loose radiator
The radiator on my 04 TL AT has a play of about 1/4 inch in the vertical direction and about 1/8 inch in the horizontal direction. Is this normal? Does your radiator have the same play?

Not a problem.
Honda/Acura radiators typically have a some play in their rubber isolation bushings. What you decribed is what I've seen in Honda/Acura's for the past 20 years including my 2005 TL.
