Would there be enough parking at Irvine Spectrum? Whenever I go there its pretty packed, but I guess thats usually mid day or night time.

 

If we get there early enough...before the stores open.

 

Okay so whats the consenses?? are we doing mini meets in SD, LA and OC, and then meet up for pictures in Irvine?? I want to give the SD guys a heads up so we can find a new place to meet before coming up.

 

they are building new parking structures at irvine spec.... i'll go check it out and see if they have a big lot....

if we all just go there tho, the spec security might have a problem with it. they are pretty anal.

hey anyone like to meet at a nice park......the beach is too crowded and you have to pay for parking....also spectrum is cools but too crowded there also....i think a nice open park would be cools then we can picnic and hangout there maybe play b-ball or football or whatevers......there are some nice parks in cerritos, cypress, los alamitos etc etc so let me know......if not maybe in a few months is ok too if everyone is busy by that time I'll have my rims hehe =D...anyone from 562 or 310 hit me up aim is kuiguy

parks in irvine and around south oc... they charge to park.

we can meet somewhere in cerritos... parks should be free there.... then we can go play poker at hawaiian gardens???!?!? hahahah

cools theres like 2 parks in cerritos one called liberty off studebaker and one off bloomfield either one of those are nice......so lets plan something within the next few months....=D torrance is cools too like wilson park

Im sticking with the San Diego meet. Its not easy trying to plan something with a short amount of time. The San Diego meet may be a mini one, but we have a time and place and photo op already set, and set parking looks doable also.

just my but if everyone PM you Kubrus how will they know if anyone is coming or not? I thought thats what the board was for so everyone can come see whats happening, times, dates, etc......

 

Based on the amount of people who PM me I will coordinate a time and place and then post that. It seems its the cleanest way to do it otherwise we'll have 5 million people suggesting different things, and nothing gets done.

 

Gee Guys...here is what should happen.

Someone in SD plan a mini meet then drive up to OC in a convoy....Take a picture of your convoy
Someone in LA plan a mini meet then drive up to OC in a convoy...take a picture of your convoy

OC, since you guys are not driving, I suggest plan to meet say..El ToroNaval Station or Hughes Ave (lots of parking..) or IKEA prrking lot... have a BBQ for the guys that are driving to OC. Take pics.

Then be a one big happy family...

I wouldnt mind driving to OC for whatever but seeing as it wont be posted until its final and there isnt much time left. I am keeping on track with the meet I had already scheduled for San Diego. I have other people here as well to consider and waiting to the last minute to tell them now our plans have changed isnt good.

 

Last time when I joined celica club we meet up in the Block parking lot... there's one section that's usually very little people, plan about 10-11 and there would be less cars there...

Con has a good idea.. Set a time and date and folks can just roll out there, might even get more people then expected.

 

We used to go to the block for my old celica meet... after you turn into the mall area, turn left and go all the way in where there is least amount of people since it's the farthest from the shopping area. That should be a good place where no one would feel offended. One time the cop pass by and just let us know that he'd find trouble if and only if we're racing, other than that he told us to have a great time.

 

I guess what i meant is i'm new to LA and i don't know what the block is...where is it?
