Anything's possible...but from what I know, it will definitely cost a lot

Yeah, just think about all the things you'll need to change. It could get ugly on the checkbook in a hurry. Probably should have considered purchasing a stick from the get-go; you'd have been better off.

Something to consider, though: automatic TLs are gonna have a higher resale value, as a vast majority of people who are interested in this genre of vehicle are looking for an automatic car, not a stick

The 07TL does not come in 6MT, only 5AT. I guess they wanted all the 6MT people to pay the extra money and get a TL-S.

Not sure what it'd cost, but as sunny201 said, no 07 TL in stick, only type-S..so you could trade for a 06 stick or 07 tl-s stick, either way its going to cost you to a point where IMO it's not worth it at all, just play with the tiptronic
