"popping" rattle from the door frame
I saw that some have had the same problem. It is a slight "pop" or rattle that is coming somewhere from the plastic trim on the door or the B pillar. Any fixes?

thanks for the reply. I thought it was the type that would go away when the car warmed up. I checked over all the seals around the door frame and made sure everything was aligned and tucked in.Maybe its coming from the seat belt height adjuster

My latest attempt to fix this - and it might work...
I've been fighting this noise, along with the window rattle, for 7,000 miles. On Saturday morning I finally got so frustrated that I removed the passenger assist handles (all four) just to see what might be in that area. Wonder of wonders!! The popping noise is gone! I think this has something to do with how the headliner shell is constructed. My guess is that when the handles are tightened down, it causes some distortion or rubbing or other problem that results in the noises. Now the dealer gets to take it from here...
