nick,
plastidip is pretty forgiving so there is a good chance you can just go over it again and fill in all those areas to make it even.
however, the stuff is so easy to peel off...i would just go ahead and take it all off and start again fresh when you have more time and the weather is a little warmer.

^yes you should tape off anything that you don't want to get plasti dip on.
painters tape/newspaper. more is better. you don't want to be spraying that shit all over your radiator.

i find that if you put on a heavy first coat you'll get tiny bubbles that ruin the finish. Spraying over it doesnt seem to fix the issue.
Just take it off and re-do it. light first coat is the key.

You could always pick up some silver / chrome nail polish and 'paint' your emblem. I did that with my steering wheel with this nail polish and it looks OEM. Kinda :ghey: but it looks kick ass

Looks pretty good! I agree that those chrome headlights stand out a bit too much now, but not a whole lot you can do about that unless you buy all new headlights are open those ones up.
Plasti dip is great stuff, the only thing I found is that it oversprays like crazy. I am willing to bet your entire car now feels like it needs a serious clay bar and wax job. Thats why im hesitant on using the stuff again. I tried using some of the stuff on a previous vehicle in my garage, and needless to say I ended up having the clay bar both my car and my wifes because that stuff got everywhere!!!
