Picked up my NPB/Quartz!
I picked up my NBP/Quartz yesterday. For starters, the car with the full body kit, lip spoiler and 18" OEMs looked AWESOME! When they drove it up to the showroom, anyone inside the dealership went outside to look. I am aesthetically thrilled with my decision to switch from AM to NBP and to add the body kit.
My dealership experience was pleasant. Everything promised was delivered. I will get the 1st two service visits free and a loaner with each visit.
Fit and finish appears first rate. I looked for some of the problems reported here but didnt see anything yet.
For those considering the 18" wheels but are concerned about ride quality, have no fear. At least coming from my I30t which had 17" Potenzas(awfully loud), there is no noticeable difference in road/tire noise as compared to the stock 17" under all driving conditions. I have been up to 80mph so far and am pleased with the noise level. Also, grip is phenomonal and ride quality firm but pleasant.
For my type of driving, which is a 20 minute commute in mixed city/hwy driving, this car is perfect. I will try to have pics up this week.

Congratulations. Sounds great. I can't wait to pick up mine hopefully at the end of the week. Just remember about the break in period, don't over rev, eventhough you'll want to.

Break-In
3. I was told not to worry about a break in period since I am leasing and wont keep the vehicle beyond warranty. Is this legit?
Well that is great for you, but what about the poor guy who buys your car used? You don't want to screw that person.
Typical dealer. What jerks. They don't care about the happiness of the people who buy their cars. They'd prefer they fall apart so they get more sales.
Keep the Acura reputation for durability high!! Follow the break-in!
(This also helps keep Acura resale values high over the long term too)

1. There are spaces in the application of the front spoiler but in my color you have to go looking for them. It does not appear to be flapping or creating any wind noise.
2. I'm driving this baby without worrying about break in. Call me selfish but I am leasing, dont own it, never will. I doubt I will do anything harsh enough to affect resale.
