Picked up car from dealer and...
I went in for a few things:
1. Rear bumper was not attached properly and could be pushed in and out by the drivers side tail light. - Fixed
2. Navi screen when changing radio stations would freeze at times (at random) - said "Could not verify at this time" How can I make something that randomly occurs reproduce for them?
3. CD player was skipping at times (at random) - said "Could not verify at this time" How can I make something that randomly occurs reproduce for them?
4. Tire balance - Done
5. Front a-spec body kit pc, pass. side was loose. - They said they will not work on it because of the laser shifters which are not in the a-spec area. Shouldn't they be covering this? If you have seen the shifters you will see they are in the bumper - the black plastic part, but not in anyway touching or attached to the a-spec part.

Perhaps if you monitor the issues and keep a detailed list of when and under what circumstances it happens, you could convey that information to the dealer. Maybe it was the CD you were playing, or perhaps the road conditions, large bumps, smooth, etc. Or take the time to duplicate the problem for the technician.

laser shifters as in "invincibility"/invisibility against LIDAR speed gun.
a must for saving time on long drives, along with a V1.. which vik also has... bastard. : )
p.s. vik, i'm still contemplating on the wheels... but if there's a buyer, then don't mind me.

Well I left a message for the service manager for an explanation - and they say that they won't touch it because they have to remove the front bumper to reattach the a-spec spoiler. According to the installation instructions for a-spec, that is NOT the case and I pointed this out to him. He said he will check into it and have my service rep call me back.
