I know some of you already have the service manual, I know most of us don't. I found this online and it is specifically for the 2004 model but I'm sure most of the details would apply for the newer years. Its a PDF file and around 38mb.

Its missing pages. Same as every other 2004 online manual.

Still VERY useful, but not complete. Missing pages relate to Navi wiring and/or SRS modules.


Edit: My statement is not based on a page by page search of the linked manual. Rather that the linked manual is 1963 Adobe pages. The e-version I have is also 1963 Adobe pages and MY copy is missing pages. If this one were complete it should be more that 1963 Adobe pages.

Here is a free pdf file for the Helms 2004 Acura TL Service Manual. It's only missing 12 pages from 23-1 to 23-12. The other 199 pages that are usually missing 22-335 to 22-534 have been inserted.

It is a large sized file because it includes the Parts Catalog, 2004 accessories, service bulletins, service news, tech line summary articles, job aids, questionnaires, parts information bulletins, tech2tech video links, and Material safety data sheets. In the service manual, notes and corrections are made in blue.

The file has been posted for free on(freeservicemanuals.net)just type in the search box, "acura" without the quotes. It is a 6 part rar file, which contains Acura TL 2004 Helms Service Manual - Ultimate Edition v67.pdf

If anyone has the missing 12 pages scanned, it can be included in the next revision.

I have a .pdf copy of the Acura service manual for 3g TL's, 330mb and 2164 "adobe" pages. If anyone is interested and someone can point me in the right direction to put it up for others I'd be glad to. Not sure if this is complete or better than any of the copies others have.
