I got hail damage and was wondering what your experiences have been with the Paintless Dent Repair process. Is this the perfered method of fixing light to moderate hail dings? Will PDR method compromise the paint finish and possibly lead to premature failure?

Looking to see the best route (not necessarily the cheapest route), got my estimate from my insurance and they estimated around 10 labor hours. Thanks in advance for your replies.
