With regard to the payment rate calculator on Acura.com, can anyone comment on how real these numbers are?

For example, when I go to Acura.com, configure a car, and use the payment rate calculator for a lease, can I expect:

A) Same monthly payment
B) Worse monthly payment
C) Much worse monthly payment (> $50)
D) Better monthly payment
E) Much better monthly payment (< $50)
