Passenger seat clickiness

I hope I'm not reiterating an old thread, but has anyone experienced a clickiness in the passenger seat when driving on bumpy roads with the seat unoccupied? It's kind of minor, but annoying nonetheless. It sounds as if the seat back is not positively connected to the rest of the seat and it jiggles back and forth.

Which is funny, because the back seats don't fold down...

He is referring to the seat back on the passenger seat and not the back seat!

edmiller9999: are you sure it is not the passenger-side seat belt buckle hitting the door frame?

Wink Good question

I'm pretty sure it's the seat, but I'll check the belt. It's kind of hard to look over there while you're driving. :-)

Re: Good question

The reason I said that was because I thought I was hearing some clicking noises on the passenger side and it turned out to be the belt buckle staying stuck high up on the belt and hitting/rubbing against the frame. Easy way to check is to put the passenger side seat belt on without a passenger and take a test drive.

i also have that noise with my 06 TL, but i dont think its the seat... i think its the side pocket on the passenger door. If you pull it so that it is on an angle, then the noise should stop. It worked with mine! Hopefully this helps.
