Passenger Airbag notification

I recently purchased a 2007 TL with Navi.

I'm the kinda guy that likes to drive with my right arm up on the passenger seat. When no one is in the seat this confuses the car in terms of the passenger air bag on\off thing. It then alerts the Navi about this and brings up the question on the screen if i want to investigate this. Needless to say i get this everytime i drive and it's getting annoying. is there a way to turn this notifier off?

I don't believe you can get around that because the seat has a pressure sensor in it to tell the ECU if there is a passenger or not in order to enable/disable the airbags on that side
