paint chips...help

I noticed 2 very small paint chips (paint defects?) on my hood this evening

At first I thought it was dirt or something, but after closer observation, it wouldn't come out. What is the best way to fix something like this? Or is this something the dealer can fix.

There's a kit by a company called "Langka" that works with your factory touch-up paint and makes the job easier to do more cleanly. It's not a perfect solution but it's much better than the paint alone. They're at www.langka.com.

Agree on the langka. That stuff does work; HOWEVER, if the paint is metallic, even the factory touch-up paint will not be an exact match.
