P0175 Engine Code

Hello,
I have been having trouble with a CEL code P0175. The light comes on and off intermittently. I have tried replacing my MAP sensor, O2 sensor, and carbon cleaning the intake manifold (which did not have much buildup). It's also worth noting that I have never had code P0172, so my issue is only in bank 2. I had my timing belt done ~10k miles ago (now sitting around 185k). Has anyone else experienced this, or have a resource that I can look to?

Thanks in advance for any help!
Casey

Alright, so I just finished the fuel pressure test. Pressure held rock solid at 60 psi during idle and holding ~3k rev. This number is slightly high (factory recommends 48-55 psi), but not enough that I'm worried. Will try to get to next steps in the coming days here.
