I suggest vinyl too. Plasti-dip does it in a whim but as GP16 noted it only looks good from far. Get up close and then you see the rubbery texture and it's not so good anymore.
But if you don't care, then all is good.

From having it on my winter wheels, I can tell you bare platidip sucks. As others have said it's just too rubbery. With a clear coat on top it might be better, withstand the elements better and easier to clean. It's my biggest gripe with plastidip really, trying to clean that shit is tedious. A clear coat might fix that though, I'm about to try that solution.

It's a preliminary idea.. I used the plasti dip to see if I liked the appearance. I can peel it off any time.
It was $6 for the can about 40 minutes of my time. If I like it, I'll have it painted along with the bumper as some asshole backed into it and gouged the paint..... With 22k miles on it.
