I am currently leasing a 07TL with NAVI and have 9k miles. I am really sorry I didnt go with a TLS as I love driving a stick. A local Acura dealership has an 07TLS demo with 14k miles being offered at 31K. I am thinking about looking at it but wondering if I will take a bath in trade. I owe 32K on my TL and NADA lists it for 28,500

YES, you are going to get killed in trade. Trade in value of your car is about $26K so you are going to have to take out a $37K loan to buy the TL-S at $31k.

 

IMHO, it may not be worth it... Check your lease agreement for the early termination clause, most will require you put up the entire payoff amount; so you will most certainly be upside down.

On the bright side, by the time your 07 TL lease is up, you can pick up a 2010 TL AWD Type-S.

 

For 6k you can mod you lease and have a nicer car then the Type-S.

Just keep all the old parts so when you turn in the car you can put it back to stock.
