if it is an internet pic you can simply copy the link, click on the add picture button and paste in the link. If it is a personal pic or something not tied to a website, then sign up at flickr, upload the pic and use the link they give you to populate the http: field in add pic.

There is also a FAQ up at the top of the page.

If you have an Android phone with a decent camera, its very easy with the Photobucket app to upload pics and vids of your own, as well as view the url's.

you can go to www.imageshack.com or www.photobucket.com or www.flickr.com amongst others, upload it at one of those sites, copy the image url of the picture from that site, click on the postcard looking thing in the quick reply box and insert the url.

Just do this [IMG] put link here [\IMG] and we should see the picture, just make sure the picture is hosted and its no coming straigh of your camre or HDD, hope this helps!!!
