Just purchased a 2008 TL last month. What kind of actual mileage are you getting between oil changes that are indicated by the Maintenance Minder System?

I drive lots of highway. Had car 3 weeks & now at 2,000 miles. MIS says oil life at 80%.

Bro, I'll make it easy, just follow the MID. The interval is anywhere from 5-8K miles depending on what type of driving you do. Despite this the MID is a generally great guide. Some do-it-yourself mechanics on this board will give you wide ranges anywhere from every 3K miles to once a year.

The interval can be up to 10,000 miles under optimal conditions. Wait for the Maintenance Minder to drop down to 15% before servicing.
